Kevin is one of the lead characters, along with Dex. As soon as they get turned into Locusts, Kevin is very keen on getting straight back to being a regular soldier, as he is very high ranking and popular among the COG's. But he does point out many times he'll do anything to keep Dex at his side as he recognises the help that Dex has given him over the years.
